CATZ Kitchen Cookbook

Nick SantaBarbara, Nutrition Director and Performance Coach at CATZ Needham, has just published his first cookbook, CATZ Kitchen Cookbook. This is a cookbook for people who want to eat healthy, but also make sure they are getting the proper nutrition to support their active lifestyles. Nick was motivated to write CATZ Kitchen Cookbook because of his desire to “share with others ideas on how to eat healthy with his easy to make recipes, that are also affordable.” In addition to his role as the Nutrition Director and Performance Coach at CATZ Sports, Nick is also the Pitching and Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Stonehill College Baseball Team. His work reflects his passion for improving the health and strength of all his athletes and clients.

Unbeknownst to many, Nick also loves spending time in his kitchen, cooking and creating simple, healthy variations of standard recipes. His expertise in nutrition and strength and conditioning, combined with his culinary skills, create the perfect recipe for his first CATZ Kitchen Cookbook.
